Momentum respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how Momentum collects, uses, stores, processes, and protects information when you use the Momentum mobile application and related services.
Momentum is a productivity and focus application operated by ENGLISH MONSTR, TOO, a company registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.1 Focus and Productivity Information
Momentum may store information associated with your use of the application, including:
• Focus profiles
• Profile names and preferences
• Focus and break durations
• Routine configurations
• Focus session history
• Session completion information
• Statistics derived from your activity
• Audio preferences
• Application settings
2.2 Device and Technical Information
Momentum may process technical information necessary to operate and support the application, including:
• Device model
• Operating system version
• Application version and build
• Device language
• Diagnostic information

2.3 Apple Music Information
If you choose to use Apple Music with Momentum, the application may access Apple Music information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

• Apple Music authorization status

• Artwork and other catalog metadata
• Preview information where available
Momentum does not receive or store your Apple Music password or Apple Account credentials.
Apple Music access is controlled by Apple and is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies.

If you contact Momentum support, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:
• Support messages
• Diagnostic information
• Subscription information
• Screenshots
• Information necessary to investigate technical problems
3. Information We Do Not Store
Momentum does not intentionally collect or store your Apple Account password, Apple Music password, or complete payment card information.
Payments and subscriptions, where offered, are processed through Apple’s payment infrastructure and authorized third-party services used by Momentum.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
• Provide and operate Momentum
• Save your focus preferences and configurations
• Maintain focus session history and statistics
• Provide audio functionality
• Provide Apple Music integration
• Process subscriptions and subscription-related requests
• Respond to support requests
• Diagnose technical problems
• Improve application reliability and functionality
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use
• Maintain application security
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Momentum may offer paid subscription features, including Momentum Pro.
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are processed by Apple.
If Momentum uses RevenueCat or another subscription-management provider, that provider may process subscription-related identifiers and transaction information necessary to determine subscription status and provide subscription functionality.
Momentum does not store complete payment card numbers or CVV codes.
Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to the applicable Apple App Store terms and the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
6. Apple Music
Momentum may use MusicKit and Apple Music services to allow you to select and play music during focus sessions.
Apple Music functionality requires the appropriate permissions and, where applicable, an Apple Music subscription.
Momentum does not control Apple’s services, availability, catalog, licensing, or subscription policies.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Momentum retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain application integrity, provide support, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information stored locally on your device may remain available until you delete it, remove the application, or use an applicable deletion or reset feature.
Certain information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
8. Data Export
Momentum may provide functionality allowing you to export certain productivity information in CSV format.
Exported information is controlled by you after it has been generated. You are responsible for protecting exported files and deciding where they are stored or shared.
9. Data Sharing
Momentum does not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the application, process subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
Where third-party services are used, those providers may process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
10. International Data Transfers
Momentum may use service providers and infrastructure located in jurisdictions outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As a result, information may be processed, stored, or transferred internationally.
Reasonable safeguards are implemented where appropriate and required by applicable law.
11. Security
Momentum implements commercially reasonable measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Momentum is not intended to be used by children under the age of 18 without appropriate parental or legal guardian authorization where required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
13. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
